• What is your shipping method?

  We deliver products electronically. After successful purchase, we will send you a confirmation email which contains download link and license key.

• How long will it take to get the download link and license key?

  After successful purchase, we will send you a confirmation email in few minutes, which contains download link and license key.

• Can I get an invoice?

  Yes, you can get an invoice. After the payment is completed, the invoice will be sent to your registered email address in a few minutes.

• Difference between one year free upgrade and free lifetime upgrade

  Lifetime free upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version at any time without any cost.

  1-year free upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version within one year since purchase without cost. After one year of purchase, customer can still use the version purchased however additional cost may occur if customer decide to upgrade program to the newer version. Please be aware that if the version customer purchased has been discontinued, we may not provide the download link for the discontinued version. It is customer's obligation to store their program installation file. We do have discount for our existing customers when upgrade. Please contact [email protected] for the offer.

• Is there a discount to buy your programs?

  We do have discount for non-profit institutions, like school, army, and welfare institution, as well as the disabled. If you are in a non-profit institution or a disabled person, please send an email to [email protected], which contains the related information of the institution or your situation as well as the exact version of the program you are interested, and then we will show you instructions to getting the discount.

• What are the differences among Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription and Ultimate Plan?

  1. Monthly Subscription License can be used on 1 PC, is valid for one-month usage and enjoys one-month free upgrade since the purchase date.

  2. Annual Subscription License can be used on 1 PC, is valid for one-year usage and enjoys one-year free upgrade since the purchase date.

  3. Ultimate Plan License is valid for lifetime usage starting from the purchase date. Ultimate License can be used on 3 PCs and it enjoys lifetime free upgrade.
