    Sorry, we do not offer such kind of license, but we have money-back guarantee and refund policy.
  • Difference between one year free upgrade and free lifetime upgrade
    Free lifetime upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version at any time without any cost.
    One year free upgrade is a service for our customers to upgrade purchased program to the latest version within one year since purchase without cost. After one year of purchase, customer can still use the version purchased however additional cost may occur if customer decide to upgrade program to the newer version. Please be aware that if the version customer purchased has been discontinued, we may not provide the download link for the discontinued version. It is customer's obligation to store their program installation file. We do have discount for our existing cutomers when upgrade. Please contact [email protected] for the offer.
  • What's the difference between Enterprise Edition and Technician Edition
    License for Enterprise Edition allows you to use the program on 99 computers in on one location, while license for Technician Edition allows you to use the program on 299 computers in any of your subsidiaries (multiple locations).
  • Can I get a refund if your program can't help me?
    You can refer to our Refund Policy.
  • For the Enterprise license, what does "one company" mean?
    One company means you can use the Enterprise license on 99 computers which are in the same LAN.
  • Is your license perpetual or do I need to subscribe every year?

    Currently, license keys for MiniTool software can be categorized into 1-Month usage, 1-Year usage, and Lifetime usage. Only the Lifetime Usage License Keys are perpetual. Please head to the online store to view details of each software edition.

    Exception: license keys for old versions can't be used to register new versions if users do not purchase free lifetime upgrade service or if the 1-year free upgrade service is already expired. In addition, we do not provide the download link for discontinued versions, so please keep the installer well.

  • Is there a discount to buy your programs?
    We do have discount for non-profit institutions, like school, army, and welfare institution, as well as the disabled. If you are in a non-profit institution or a disabled person, please send an email to [email protected], which contains the related information of the institution or your situation as well as the exact version of the program you are interested, and then we will show you instructions to getting the discount.

  • Free home version doesn’t seem to be downloading?

  • Got the "Invalid license key" error when registering.
    Firstly, please confirm all characters are included when you are copying the license key to register.
    Secondly, please use the license key to register the correct version. If you use license key for old versions to register a new version, you’ll get this error.
    Thirdly, please confirm there is no extra space before the first character and after the last character.
    If you still receive the same error, please take a screenshot to show us the details about the error. You can send the screenshot to [email protected].
  • I bought the Ultimate license so I am licensed for 5 systems. When I install the program on another machine, should I use the same license key?
    The license you purchased is for 5 PCs so it can be activated on 5 computers. Please use the same license key to register.
  • Got the error "The license code is already activated. And it reached its activation Limit" when registering.
    Did you register the program on another computer? To use the program on 2 or more computers, you need the Platinum version at least. However, if you receive this error when registering on the same computer, could you please send your order ID or registered email address to [email protected] and tell our technicians details of your problem?
  • I'm an Enterprise or Technician user. Can you give me an activation code that can be used on all our computers?
    We are sorry for there is no such activation code, because machine codes on different computers are different. Please register the program via the internet or make offline activation.
  • [Partition Wizard] Invalid license code or activation code. error code: -1
    Your registration is probably blocked by security software like Window firewall. Please add pas2.partitionwizard.com, pas2.eofsoft.com, pas2.minitool.com to trust list and then try again. If it turns out this is not the reason, you can try Offline Registration.
