To run Windows Sandbox, your computer should run with Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise. Some other minimum system requirements are as follows:

  • At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended).
  • At least 1GB of free space on your computer hard drive (SSD is recommended).
  • At least 2 CPU cores (4 cores with hyperthreading is recommended).
  • Virtualization was enabled in the BIOS.
