Register Window


Interface Introduction 1

Paid version: You can see the register window after double-clicking MiniTool Mobile Recovery for iOS. If you have bought the paid version of this tool, we should have sent the serial number to your reserved mailbox. You need to copy the serial number from the mailbox, paste it to the “Serial number” input box and then click “Activate” to smoothly register. If you haven't bought MiniTool Mobile Recovery for iOS from our official website, you can click “Continue trial” to try using the three modules in the software to see whether it can find the certain data you need.

Free version: this version allows users to recover a small amount of data at a time. Although you will still be prompted to enter the serial number after opening the software, you can directly click “Continue trail” to try this tool first to see whether it can find the data you need. There is no difference between the free version and the paid version after you are inputting the serial number.

Note: the differences between the registered and unregistered version lie in functions. To know the details, please refer to “Functional Limitations in MiniTool Mobile Recovery for iOS”.

Giveaway version: You will be asked to activate MiniTool Mobile Recovery for iOS after opening this version. At this time, you need to paste the corresponding serial number into the text box and then click “Activate”. However, if you choose “Continue trail”, you can't achieve recovering files found by Giveaway version because it only supports viewing these files.

Note: You should click “Advanced Version” to upgrade Giveaway to the advanced license if you want to enjoy technique support and upgrade service.

There are three powerful modules on the main window: “Recover from iOS Device”, “Recover from iTunes Backup File” and “Recover from iCloud Backup File”. And “Recover from iOS Device” function is chosen by default. At this time, the software will prompt you to connect your iOS device to PC.

Interface Introduction 11 “Register” button: before you register, the key-shaped button

Interface Introduction 11 will always stay in the title bar. You can click the “Register” button to quickly pop out the register window. And after you registered, this button will automatically disappear.

Interface Introduction 12 “Check for Updates”: click it to check whether the current software version is the latest version or not and see the corresponding updated information.

Along with the continuous renewal of the iOS devices and the constant expansion of users' needs, our software will also be continuously updated. Show all filesShow all files”: “Photos & Videos” are shown by default.

View by date "View by date": this is a sorting button. After it was clicked, the files will be classified by date. And it's convenient for you to find the data you need according to date.

View folders "View folders": this function is used to show pictures according to folder. Categories include: Albums, Photos, Recently Deleted, Panoramas and Photo Stream. You can quickly find the data you need according to the certain image category.

Back "Back" function
Click “Back” to go back to the scan interface

Recover “Recover” button: after the “Recover” button was clicked, this software will automatically go to the data recovery window.

Load Downloaded Files : load the downloaded iCloud backup files
After this button was clicked, the software will load all the downloaded iCloud backup data in computer. Whether the data were completely or partially downloaded, they will be displayed by this tool.

Forgot Apple ID or Password : get back ID and password
If you failed to sign in iCloud after trying several times, you may have forgotten your Apple ID and password. You can go to Apple's official site to get back your ID by clicking this link.

Interface Introduction 18 : click this button to get back to the login window.
After you clicked “Load DownLoaded Files” under iCloud module, you will see downloaded iCloud backup file list. And if you click “Logout”, you can return to the iCloud login window.

Interface Introduction 20 : click this button to continue to scan lost files. When you move the mouse to “Suspend” in the status bar, the “Continue” button will appear. And you can click it to go on scanning remaining data.

Interface Introduction 22 : Press this button to refresh the backup file list.

Interface Introduction 19 : Delete the local iCloud backup file from computer.

Interface Introduction 23 : If there is no backup data you need in the backup file list, you can click this button to sign out and go back to the main interface.

The Explanation of Backup Files Download State
State Operational Button Explanation
None DownLoad • "None" means no data are downloaded.
• "None" will turn to "DownLoad" button when you move mouse over it.
• You can click "DownLoad" to start downloading the iCloud backup data.
Downloaded DownLoad • "DownLoaded" means all your data have been completely downloaded.
• "DownLoaded" will turn to "Start Scan" button when you move mouse over it.
• You can click "Start Scan" to begin scanning.
PartsDown DownLoad • "PartsDown" means you selected a part of data to download and the download is finished.
• "PartsDown" will turn to "DownLoad More" button when you move mouse over it.
• After you click "DownLoad More", a task pane will appear. And you can select other file types which haven't been selected to download or click "Scan DownLoaded" to scan the downloaded data.
Suspend DownLoad • "Suspend" means you pressed "Stop" during the downloading process before the operation is finished.
• "Suspend" will turn to "Continue" button when you move mouse over it.
• After you click "Continue", a task pane will appear. And you can choose other file types which haven't been selected to download or click "Scan DownLoaded" to scan the downloaded data.
