Launch Startup Repair from a System Repair Disc or Recovery Drive

If your computer can’t boot normally and you can’t even use the Startup Repair option at boot, you can consider running it from a system repair disc or recovery drive.

If there is no available system repair disc or recovery drive, you can create such one from another computer which is running the same version of Windows that is working normally.
